You can request deletion of all your personal data associated with ReviewAI at any time. Once processed, this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you submit a data deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Account information — Your name, email address, and login credentials
- Business information — Business name, category, location, and other profile details
- Connected platform tokens — OAuth tokens for Google, Facebook, and other integrations
- Review data — All reviews fetched and AI-generated replies stored in your account
- WhatsApp data — Your phone number and alert preferences
- Usage data — Analytics, session logs, and activity history
- Billing records — Subscription and payment history (retained up to 7 years as required by law)
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion using any of the following methods:
Option 1: Submit the form below
Fill out the data deletion request form and we will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Email us directly
Send an email to security@autoreviewlab.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Option 3: From your dashboard
Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account to immediately delete your account and all associated data.

Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgment — You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
- Processing — Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request
- Confirmation — You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Exceptions — Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
Facebook / Meta Users
If you connected your Facebook account to ReviewAI and wish to remove the connection:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find ReviewAI and click Remove
- This will revoke our access to your Facebook data
- To also delete data stored on our servers, submit a deletion request using the form above or email us
When you remove ReviewAI from your Facebook account, we automatically receive a deauthorization notification and will delete your Facebook-related data within 30 days.
