⚠️ No Refund Policy

All payments made to AutoReviewLab are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed — whether for a monthly subscription, annual plan, or Magic Coins — we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

✅ You Can Cancel Anytime

While we do not offer refunds, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

1. No Refund on Payments

Once a payment is completed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions — No refund for the current or previous months
  • Annual subscriptions — No refund for any unused portion of the year
  • Magic Coins purchases — All coin purchases are final
  • Upgrade payments — Plan upgrades are non-refundable

We encourage you to use our 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • All your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

3. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. We strongly recommend using the trial period to ensure AutoReviewLab meets your business needs before subscribing.

  • No credit card required during the trial
  • Full access to all features during trial period
  • Trial automatically expires — no charges without explicit subscription

4. Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical error causing a duplicate or incorrect charge, we will investigate and process a correction. To report such an issue:

  • Email us at autoreviewlab.ai@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge
  • Include your transaction ID and a description of the issue
  • We will investigate within 48 hours

This exception applies only to verified billing errors, not to dissatisfaction with the service.

5. Service Downtime

We strive for 99.9% uptime. In the event of extended downtime (more than 24 hours in a billing period), we may offer account credits at our discretion. Credits are applied to future billing and are not redeemable as cash.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we're always willing to help resolve issues directly.
