1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AutoReviewLab's website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AutoReviewLab provides an AI-powered review management platform that helps businesses:

Monitor and manage customer reviews across multiple platforms
Generate AI-powered replies to customer reviews
Track keyword rankings and business analytics
Manage business listings and competitor analysis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
One account per person or business entity unless explicitly permitted
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans:

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans
Annual plans are billed upfront and include a discount
Prices are displayed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

Billing:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date
Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoReviewLab to:

Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Spam, harass, or abuse customers or third parties
Engage in any illegal activity
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal use

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated replies are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing before publishing
We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
You retain full responsibility for any content published to your business profiles
Do not use AI replies to mislead customers or make false claims

7. Intellectual Property

AutoReviewLab and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoReviewLab Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without written permission. Your business data and review content remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoReviewLab is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Actions taken by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party platforms (Google Business, Facebook, etc.), you are subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies, or availability.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India. For international users, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before any legal proceedings.
