By creating an account or using ReviewAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ReviewAI Technologies.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReviewAI platform, website (autoreviewlab.com), and all related services (collectively, "the Service") operated by ReviewAI Technologies, located at Gobardanga (m), North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743273, India.
By registering, accessing, or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
02 Our Service
ReviewAI provides an AI-powered review management platform enabling businesses to:
- Monitor and manage customer reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Zomato, and other platforms
- Generate AI-powered reply suggestions for customer reviews
- Auto-publish replies to reviews on connected platforms (with user authorisation)
- Track Google Maps keyword rankings and business visibility (Geo Grid)
- Analyse competitor reviews and business performance
- Receive instant review alerts via WhatsApp, email, or in-app notifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes that affect your use.
03 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ReviewAI
- You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
- The Service is intended for business use only — managing reviews for legitimate business profiles
- Use of the Service is prohibited where it violates applicable local laws
04 Your Account
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately at support@autoreviewlab.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- One account per business entity unless explicitly permitted by us in writing
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms
05 Subscription & Billing
Plans
- ReviewAI offers monthly and annual subscription plans
- Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate
- Prices are displayed in your local currency (INR for India, USD internationally)
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
Auto-renewal & payment
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date
- Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period; continued failure may lead to service suspension
- All payments are processed by Paddle (international) or Razorpay (India) — both are PCI-DSS compliant
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time. Please see our Refund Policy
06 Acceptable Use
You agree to use ReviewAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Post, solicit, or incentivise fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews on any platform
- Use ReviewAI to harass, abuse, or threaten customers or any third party
- Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our platform or software
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal functionality
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the platform
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
07 AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated review replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free from errors
- You retain full legal responsibility for any content published to your business profiles via ReviewAI
- Do not use AI replies to make false claims, mislead customers, or violate any platform's review policies
- AI-generated content is produced using third-party AI services (Google Gemini). Review text is sent to these services for processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy
08 Google & Platform Compliance
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorise ReviewAI to access and manage your reviews on your behalf, in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service. Specifically:
- ReviewAI complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy
- We access only the Google data necessary to provide our review management service
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or share it with third parties
- You may revoke Google access at any time from your account settings or via Google Account Permissions
You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms through ReviewAI complies with those platforms' own terms of service. ReviewAI is not liable for policy changes, API restrictions, or account actions by third-party platforms.
09 Intellectual Property
The ReviewAI platform, website, software, design, and all related content are owned exclusively by ReviewAI Technologies and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission
- The "ReviewAI" name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks of ReviewAI Technologies
- Your business data (business name, customer reviews, your responses) remain your property at all times
- By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide our services to you

10 Privacy & Data
Your use of ReviewAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy includes our mandatory disclosure of compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
11 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- Guarantees that AI-generated replies will improve your ratings or achieve any specific business outcome
- Responsibility for actions taken by third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) in response to your review replies
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewAI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or goodwill
- Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
- Actions or inactions of third-party platforms or services
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13 Termination
- By you: You may cancel your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal or security risks
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery purposes) then permanently deleted, except where legally required to retain billing records
- Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination
14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect
- Displaying a banner notification in your dashboard
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with revised Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
