Go to autoreviewlab.com/signup and click "Sign Up". You can register with your Google account (one click) or with your email and password. After signing up, you'll get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.

From your dashboard: go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Google. You'll be redirected to Google's login page. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile and grant the requested permissions. Your reviews will start syncing within 5–10 minutes.

Currently you can connect: Google Business (OAuth), Facebook Pages (OAuth), Justdial, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. We are adding more platforms regularly including Booking.com and Zomato.

Auto-Reply automatically generates and publishes AI replies without manual approval. Go to Reply Management → Auto-Reply Rules to configure which star ratings get auto-replied. We recommend enabling auto-reply for 4–5 star reviews and keeping 1–3 star reviews for manual review.

20+ languages including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and more. The AI auto-detects the reviewer's language and replies in the same language. You can also set a fixed language in Settings → AI Settings.

For negative reviews, the AI generates empathetic, apologetic replies that acknowledge the issue and offer solutions. We recommend: (1) Generate the AI reply, (2) Personalize it with specific details, (3) Offer to resolve offline via email/phone, (4) Publish promptly. Speed matters — replying within 24 hours shows other customers you care.

Magic Coins are used for premium features: Geo Grid Scan (50 coins), Competitor Analysis (30 coins), Export CSV (10 coins), Keyword Check (20 coins). Each plan includes a monthly coin allowance. Unused coins do not roll over to the next month. You can buy extra coins anytime from the Magic Coins page.

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Please note that payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) via Razorpay for Indian users. International users can pay via credit/debit cards through Razorpay's international gateway.

Common reasons: (1) You're signing in with the wrong Google account — make sure to use the account that has access to your Google Business Profile. (2) You didn't grant all requested permissions — try connecting again and accept all permissions. (3) Your Google Business Profile is not verified — verify it at business.google.com first. Reviews sync automatically every 30 minutes for Pro and Agency plans. For the Starter plan, reviews sync every 2 hours. You can also manually trigger a sync from the Reviews page.

Yes. Pro plan supports up to 3 locations and Agency plan supports unlimited locations. Each location is managed separately in the dashboard. You can switch between locations using the "My Business" dropdown in the top navigation.
